IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Wipeout Media for the Attendance Companion software accompanying this EULA. If you do not agree to any of the terms of this License, then do not install or use the Attendance Companion software. 

1) GRANT OF LICENSE
This EULA grants you the following rights for the use of Attendance Companion:

a) INSTALLATION & USE
You ARE PERMITTED to install Attendance Companion on an unlimited number of computers and devices that you currently own and use, including your workplace or business. You ARE PERMITTED to use Attendance Companion in a personal and commercial environment.

b) MODIFICATION
You ARE PERMITTED to modify Attendance Companion for your own personal use; for your own workplace; for your own business; or for no more than three separate client projects. You ARE PERMITTED to adapt or merge Attendance Companion into another program in whole or in part as long as it is for your own personal use; for your own workplace; for your own business; or for no more than three separate client projects. If you need to modify Attendance Companion for more than three separate clients, additional licenses will need to be purchased. 

2) REPRODUCTION & DISTRIBUTION
You MUST NOT make copies of Attendance Companion modified or unmodified for the purpose of renting, selling, lending, sharing, transferring or distribution. Copies of Attendance Companion modified or unmodified MUST NOT be distributed for profit either on a standalone basis or included as part of your own product. To sum up, you are explicitly NOT PERMITTED to sell Attendance Companion modified or unmodified. 

3) COPYRIGHT
Attendance Companion is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. Therefore, YOU MUST treat Attendance Companion like any other copyrighted material. All title and copyrights in and to Attendance Companion (including but not limited to any images and text incorporated into Attendance Companion), as well as any copies of Attendance Companion is owned by Wipeout Media.
 
4) NO WARRANTY
You acknowledge that Attendance Companion may not satisfy your requirements or be free from defects. Attendance Companion is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Wipeout Media expressly disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.  Furthermore, there is no warranty against interference with your enjoyment of the software or against infringement of third party rights by Attendance Companion. 

5) NO REFUNDS
As stated on the Attendance Companion purchase page here: https://www.teacherscompanion.com/purchase-attendance-tracker, we WILL NOT be offering refunds after the purchase of Attendance Companion.

6) NO SUPPORT OR DOCUMENTATION
As stated on the Attendance Companion purchase page here: https://www.teacherscompanion.com/purchase-attendance-tracker, we DO NOT provide support or documentation for Attendance Companion.

7) DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Wipeout Media be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of Attendance Companion, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.
